Born and raised in Mexico City, Chef Marco Antonio Chávez Jaime brings over 20 years of international culinary experience across Mexico, Spain, France, China and Thailand. As Cluster Chef de Cuisine at Madison, Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel’s refined steakhouse, he leads the culinary team with a focus on quality, consistency and innovation. Drawing on his experience in some of the world’s most demanding kitchens, including nearly a decade working alongside three-Michelin-starred Chef Paul Pairet in Shanghai, Chef Marco combines classical technique with global influences to create refined and approachable steakhouse cuisine.

Stellar service, amazing food, cozy atmosphere in a peaceful setting. Been to Michelin starred places where staff was not as well trained. If you want a romantic night with a steak lover, this is the place to go. If you're resourceful you can find discounts and make it excellent value for money as well. The gigantic chocolate cake is really gigantic!

We love the food and the vibes. It’s great for either business lunch or family get together. Staff are friendly and hospitable. Located in one of Bangkok’s best and finest hotel. Prime location with underground parking space.

The perfect steak meal
Started in the bar area of the Anantara Hotel which is a lovely spot for a pre dinner drink. Moved inside for dinner at Madison. We all had different starters: the hamachi, prawns, burrata. All were very good. For the main we shared the tomahawk steak which was incredible. We allowed the team to decide which size we needed and they estimated it perfectly for our five guests. The steak was delicious as were all the sides and the red wine. All accompanied with a lovely smooth red. First time at Madison and will definitely return.
